Pricing and Fees
All prices listed in our services are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Consultation & processing fee
Visa fee to Immigration (separate)
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on company policy or regulatory changes
- The applicable price is the one confirmed at the time of payment
- Approved quotes will be honored throughout their validity period
Payment
Payment must be made before the processing begins to ensure smooth service delivery.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Proof of transfer must be sent via WhatsApp or email for verification
- Processing will commence only after payment confirmation
- All bank or transaction fees are borne by the client

- • Rejection due to client-provided data errors
- • Cancellation requested unilaterally without valid reason

Limitation of Liability
Indo Visa Professional acts as a facilitator and consultant in the visa processing procedure. Therefore:

- iii Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid

Governing Law
